In this presentation, Sean Monson will discuss Idaho’s noncompete statute, passed in 2008, and how courts have interpreted its provisions over the past 15 years.  Sean will also provide drafting and enforcement considerations.  Do you really want to require your employees to sign a non-compete covenant?  Perhaps a non-solicitation covenant will do the trick.
