“Attorney/Client Privilege for In-House Counsel - What's Covered and What's Not?”
This program will provide an overview of the attorney-client privilege, including the requirements of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, with a focus on how and when the privilege applies (or doesn’t apply) to common communications and scenarios involving in-house attorneys and their business team members at their client organization.  The program will also address the ethical responsibilities of attorneys to protect and maintain the attorney-client privilege.
