The New York City Chapter's Real Estate Practice Group is for in-house counsel practicing all phases of Real Estate Law. Members come from builders/developers, brokers, owners/landlords, tenants and end users, and from both the residential and commercial markets. The Group also serves corporate generalists who only practice Real Estate Law occasionally. The goal of the Group is to share amongst the membership best practices and provide networking opportunities for in-house counsel. Education is provided through CLE programs and networking events with an emphasis on practical areas of real estate, including contract drafting, construction, finance, leasing, disputes and litigation. Events are led by ACC membership and outside counsel specializing in various topics related to real estate.
