Rose Stella is General Counsel at Jetti Resources, a technology-driven natural resources company headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia and Santiago, Chile. Rose provides legal, compliance and risk management advice across the organization. Rose previously served as General Counsel of Sandow Media, LLC, where she oversaw all legal matters for a diverse portfolio of brands, and General Counsel of Material Technologies Corporation dba Material Bank, where she was also a member of the Board. Prior to that, Rose served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Sotheby’s, Inc. Rose graduated from Cornell Law School magna cum laude and began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP. Rose enjoys spending her free time hiking, running, and snowshoeing.


Jessica Borchers

Jessica Borchers provides broad legal advice and support across the organization, encompassing drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts for all lines of business (including inbound and outbound contracts); partnering broadly across the organization to develop, improve, and streamline contract templates and contracting processes; advising on employment and intellectual property matters; and supporting non-profit and for-profit entities and business functions. Previously, Jessica served in several business attorney roles at HIMSS, Lumen Technologies, CenturyLink, and Level 3 Communications, working on a wide variety of commercial and government transactions across enterprise sales, procurement, state and local government, and SMB and inside sales functions. Jessica earned her law degree from the University of Denver, and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Jessica is proud to be a Colorado native and enjoys exploring many aspects of Colorado’s outdoors, including road and mountain biking, hiking 14ers, and downhill and backcountry skiing.


Jim Nottingham

Jim Nottingham is the Vice President of Risk Management & General Counsel at Encore Electric, Inc.  Jim supports Encore’s mission to be all things power, technology and energy by proactively identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization.  Jim manages the company’s Legal Department and he provides legal, compliance, and risk management advice across the organization. Jim attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he served as a Staff Editor on the University of Denver Law Review. After law school, Jim practiced at a Denver law firm where he served as Encore Electric’s outside attorney prior to making the transition to join Encore as member of the team.  Prior to law school, Jim worked for a United States Senator in Washington, D.C. Jim actively volunteers his time and he cares deeply about his community.   For several years, Jim was a member of the Arapahoe Basin Volunteer Ski Patrol.  He currently serves as a Board member for the Association of Corporate Counsel and as a Board member for the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his daughter and his wife.  Jim loves being outdoors whenever possible.  He has scaled the summits of Cotopaxi, Cayambe and Mount Rainier, he has floated the Grand Canyon, and he has climbed and skied numerous peaks in his native Colorado.

Julia Stutz is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Americas with Trilon. As Senior Vice President, Legal & Risk, General Counsel, Ms. Stutz is responsible for the management of all legal issues within the region, ensuring proper legal representation for the region's business units. She is also responsible for the management of the regional legal, contracts management, and insurance/risk services teams. Julia earned her BBA, J.D. and LL.M from the University of Denver.

Megan Zatz

Children's Hospital of Colorado

Megan Zatz is Deputy General Counsel at Children’s Hospital Colorado, a nonprofit hospital for children that provides comprehensive pediatric care at its main hospital campus in Aurora, Colorado and at several locations throughout Colorado. Children’s Hospital Colorado is an organization at the forefront of pediatric research and outreach in the Rocky Mountain region that also focuses advocacy efforts out into communities across Colorado with the goal of making sure kids’ concerns are always heard when public policies are made.  Ms. Zatz leads the legal team at Children’s Hospital Colorado and advises on a wide variety of regulatory, corporate and operational issues. She has called many states home, but has found her home base in Denver after working for several health systems in Colorado since 2006. Ms. Zatz earned her J.D. at Lewis & Clark Law School in Oregon and her undergraduate degree in English from Carleton College in Minnesota.

Jeff Brown
Vice President, Law & Governance and General Counsel at TELUS International

Jeff Brown is Vice President, Law & Governance and General Counsel at TELUS International, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.  TELUS International is a subsidiary of TELUS, a national telecommunications company in Canada. With 40,000 team members in 13 countries, TELUS International provides multilingual customer service outsourcing and digital IT services to global clients. Clients include corporations in fast-growing technology, travel and hospitality, financial services and fintech, games, telecommunications, and healthcare industries.

Based in Denver, Jeff manages a global team of legal and governance professionals, and advises the board and senior leadership team on commercial and corporate transactional matters, domestically and internationally, as well as advising on a wide range of other corporate functions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales, data privacy, real estate, procurement, intellectual property, corporate secretarial and governance, policy development, dispute resolution, compliance and global entity management.  Prior to joining TI, Jeff was VP and AGC at TTEC, a public company providing global business process outsourcing services, and Senior Counsel at HP.  Jeff is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and began his legal career in Chicago with Winston & Strawn.  Jeff has previously served as Co-Chair of the International Network of the Colorado ACC, and as publications chair of the Law Department Management Committee of the Colorado Chapter of the ACC.


Jennifer Jaskolka

Jennifer Jaskolka is VP, Associate General Counsel, at Modivcare overseeing litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance matters, and health and safety. Modivcare is a technology-enabled healthcare services company that provide a suite of integrated supportive care solutions such as non-emergency medical transportation, personal care, and remote patient monitoring, all aimed at addressing the social determinants of health. Prior to joining Modivcare Jennifer was Assistant General Counsel and Manager of Corporate Safety & Industrial Hygiene at Xcel Energy, a Fortune 500 company providing gas and electric services to customers in eight states. Prior to that, Jennifer was a partner in two law firms representing employers.

Robin L. Ricketts

Lockheed Martin Space

Vice President and General Counsel for Lockheed Martin Space. Responsible for the oversight of all legal and international trade compliance functions of the five major lines of businesses and operating elements reporting to Space.  Legal oversight for subsidiaries and joint ventures, including Lockheed Martin’s participation in the United Launch Alliance (ULA) joint venture with Boeing, as well as the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) joint venture. Leadership of team that provides legal and export/import advice and counseling on matters from business growth to acquisitions, prime contracts to subcontracts, employment matters to business operations, and beyond.

Previously, Robin was a Council Member for the American Bar Association, Public Contract Law division, as well as serving as Co-Chair for the Subcontracts & Teaming Agreements Committee for 10 years.  She has assisted with the ACC Colorado Chapter International Practice Group.  

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University, and a MBA and Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. She is actively involved in community service, is a certified yoga teacher, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking, and cross-country skiing.


Courtney Seely
Chief Legal Officer


Courtney Seely is the Chief Legal Officer at CableLabs. She is responsible for leading all legal, regulatory, and patent activities for CableLabs and its subsidiaries, supporting telecommunications and Internet industries around the world. In this role, Courtney is directly involved in complex business transactions and manages the transaction-based legal function, including all legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, and technology transfer functions. Prior to CableLabs, Courtney held various executive-level legal and risk management positions within global public and private companies of all sizes and at all life-cycle stages across a broad array of highly regulated industries. In such roles, she focused on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, corporate finance and corporate governance and led multi-jurisdictional and multi-functional teams. Courtney began her career in private practice at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, PA as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Group where she focused on general corporate and securities matters, concentrating on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital financing, corporate finance transactions and federal and state securities matters for leading private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers. Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Juris Doctorate degree from The Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania.


Maureen “Mo” Watson

Maureen ("Mo") is Head of Legal with meQuilibrium, a workforce resilience-building tool empowering companies to be force for growth.  At meQ, Maureen manages all active legal matters and works with a talented team to ensure global compliance with evolving regulatory regimes. She helps drive business growth in emerging and existing consumer markets through careful contract negotiation and strategic partnerships. She works broadly across the business to identify, understand, and mitigate risk.  Outside of the office, Maureen enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, drinking wine, and spending time with her family.

Christos Yatrakis is Vice President of Legal at Gymshark USA Inc. Gymshark is a fitness apparel & accessories brand, manufacturer and online retailer based in the United Kingdom, supported by millions of highly engaged social media followers and customers in 131 countries. Gymshark is one of the fastest growing and most recognizable brands in fitness. Christos leads the legal team at Gymshark USA, responsible for leading legal matters including corporate governance, commercial, compliance, litigation, business support at the operational level, and risk management as the company looks to grow its U.S. footprint. Prior to joining Gymshark in 2021, Christos was Vice President, Legal Affairs at Arrow Electronics Inc. a Fortune 100 publicly listed company providing products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users.  Christos earned his J.D. from Emory University and his B.A. from Columbia University.  A Native of New York City, Christos enjoys skiing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Danielle, and three kids, Georgia, Elias, and Alexander.


Sarah Burrows
Lead Counsel – IP & Tech Transactions

Sarah Burrows is Lead Counsel at Cruise Self Driving Cars. Sarah attended law school at Indiana University and began her legal career in San Diego at IP firm Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear. Sarah went in-house at HP in 2010 where she specialized in IP transactions, patent prosecution, and patent portfolio management. Sarah holds a BS and MS in computer science and worked as a software developer for a couple of years prior to law school. Sarah grew up in Kentucky and moved to Colorado in 2012.

Sondra Barbour
Vice President and General Counsel
United Launch Alliance, LLC

Sondra Barbour serves as vice president and general counsel of United Launch Alliance (ULA) in Centennial, Colorado, a position she assumed in February 2020. With a nationwide team of nearly 2,500 employees, ULA combines more than 100 years of launch history with the Atlas and Delta rocket families and continues to grow its legendary results with the new Vulcan Centaur rocket family. At ULA, Barbour is the company’s senior legal advisor and leads the Law and Ethics departments as well as the Office of Internal Governance. Prior to joining ULA, Barbour served as senior counsel and assistant corporate secretary to The Boeing Company, where she provided legal advice and counsel for government and commercial satellite and intelligence systems. She also has previously held positions within the global law firm, McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and held the position of adjunct professor of law at Southwestern University School of Law. She has served on the Association of Corporate Counsel Pro Bono and Diversity Committees and was the recipient of the Women of Color in Technology’s 2010 Technology All-Star Award for professional achievement and community leadership. Barbour received her undergraduate degree in engineering from the Ohio State University and graduated summa cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law where she participated in the Law Review and Moot Court Honors Programs.

Matt Deegan

Matt Deegan is a senior attorney for Lumen Technologies Group (formerly CenturyLink) where he advises on commercial and technology transactions, in particular enterprise transactions and internet peering. Matt serves on the CBA Board of Governors and recently completed a term as Chair of the DBA Young Lawyers Division. Previously, Matt was an attorney at Brown & Kannady, LLC, where he advised on business and legal matters with a focus on franchise-related businesses, but also small and medium-sized businesses. During law school Matt clerked for the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. Matt attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was managing editor of the Denver Law Review. Prior to attending DU, he graduated from Northeastern University in Boston. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, and smoking food on his traditional off-set smoker.

He is responsible for overseeing the company’s international expansion, M&A and corporate maturity efforts, while simultaneously building its legal, privacy, compliance and risk management departments.  Prior to joining JumpCloud, Eric spent ten years at Molson Coors Beverage Company (NYSE: TAP), including as its interim chief legal and government affairs officer and sole deputy general counsel.  Eric is a fifth generation Coloradan and holds a Juris Doctor and bachelor of arts degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado.  He was previously on the board of AfricAid, a non-profit based in Denver with operations in Tanzania focusing on helping secondary girls complete their education and transform their own lives and their communities.
